2. Weekly Activities:
🔄 Backwash pressure sand filters (PSF) and activated carbon filters (ACF).
🧪 Test treated water for BOD, COD, TSS, and pH (basic onsite test kits).
🛑 Inspect pipelines and valves for leaks or blockages.
⚡ Check power supply panels, motor amperage, and safety switches.
3. Monthly Activities
🧼 Clean aeration tank and secondary clarifier of excess sludge.
📊 Send treated water sample to NABL-certified lab for analysis (MPCB compliance).
